Terms of Service

Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. They govern your access to and use of the HRFY.AI website, web app, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full. HRFY.AI Private Limited (“HRFY.AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may revise these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Information Accuracy

The content on the Platform is provided for general informational purposes only. HRFY.AI makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HRFY.AI disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Use of Platform

• Access to the Platform is licensed to you for use within your organisation's hiring, in line with the plan you have purchased.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the Platform to a third party as a service without our written permission.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content, branding, or materials outside your organisation without permission.
• HRFY.AI may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Platform.

User Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Post unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content.
• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Introduce malware or harmful code.
• Disrupt platform operations.

Client Data and Ownership

HRFY.AI acts purely as a technology provider. We process client and candidate data only to run the Platform on the client’s behalf, and for nothing else.

• No use beyond the service, we do not take, retain, or use anyone’s data beyond what is needed to deliver the Platform.
• Sharing only where the service requires it, client and candidate data is shared only with the employer the candidate applied to and with the vendors that run the Platform for us, as set out in our Privacy Policy. It is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train models for other customers.
• Not a data owner, HRFY.AI is not a data owner or a data controller in the broader sense; the client remains responsible for and in control of its data.
• Client data and IP remain the client’s, all client data and intellectual property stay the client’s property at all times, and are returned or deleted on request.

Fees, Billing and Cancellation

• Fees are set out on our pricing page or in your order form. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless you have chosen annual prepay.
• Free trials run for the stated period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan continues on the paid terms shown at signup.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the current term ends. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing info@hrfy.ai; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we have failed to provide the service.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

AI Assessment and Human Decision-Making

Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. On termination, your access ends and your data is returned or deleted on request, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mohali, Punjab, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
