Quality Analyst

As a ‘Quality Analyst’ at Technoheight, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our services. You will be responsible for evaluating processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality control measures. Your efforts will directly impact our clients’ satisfaction and our organization’s reputation for delivering excellence.

Job Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Management, or similar)
• Minimum four years of experience in the relevant industry.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in quality assurance processes and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive quality documentation.
• Previous experience in a quality assurance role preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality checks and audits to verify adherence to established standards and guidelines.
• Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them understand quality standards and support their continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of quality assessments and create reports summarizing findings.
• Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective actions and process enhancements based on quality assessment results.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process and service quality.
