About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO/MD/Executive Chairman,
enabling impactful operational execution, strategic alignment across functions, and effective
leadership support. This role requires a highly experienced professional capable of driving
cross-functional initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring organizational priorities are executed with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
• Partner closely with the CEO to shape and drive strategic priorities, annual planning, and
• long-term goals.
• Translate high-level strategies into actionable cross-functional plans and measurable
• outcomes.
• Lead critical strategic initiatives end-to-end, ensuring milestones, governance, and
• accountability.
Operational Excellence
• Identify mission-critical operational gaps and implement solutions to improve processes,
• efficiencies, and performance.
• Oversee high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and disciplined
• execution.
• Manage performance tracking, dashboards, and reporting of key business metrics.
Executive Support & Decision Enablement
• Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Prepare executive briefs, presentations (board / investor decks), and decision materials.
• Represent the CEO in select meetings and forums, driving follow-through on decisions.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Build strong relationships with business heads (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Product, Legal) to drive alignment and execution across teams.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration, breaking down silos and enhancing transparency.
• Oversee special projects (e.g., organizational redesign, culture initiatives, performance management, governance frameworks).
Stakeholder & External Relations
• Engage with external partners such as investors, consultants, and key clients as needed.
• Coordinate strategic reviews, planning sessions, and leadership offsites.
Leadership & Team Development
• Mentor and influence senior managers across functions to elevate performance and capability.
• Drive organizational change, leadership alignment, and talent development initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, corporate leadership, or CEO / founder office roles.
• Proven track record working directly with C-suite executives and driving strategic priorities with strong operational outcomes.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., consulting, PE-backed companies, mid/large enterprises, or startups).
