Profile & Career Data – résumés/CVs, academic history, job‑role preferences, skills, and target companies.
Interview Content – audio, video, and text transcripts from mock interviews, aptitude tests, and chat interactions with “Veda.”
Usage & Device Data – log files, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, and feature‑usage metrics.
Payment & Subscription Data (when applicable) – transaction IDs, plan type, and partial card details processed through secure payment partners.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we discover we have done so, we will delete the data promptly.

Payment Records – kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting laws.
Logs & Analytics – held for up to 24 months, then aggregated or deleted.
